Konsonans´ competences

Konsonans develops and carries out courses and seminars in cooperation with companies and organizations. The focus of the courses is primarily on developing employees and bridging cultural gaps.

Course content is carefully planned to reach maximum outcome, and through the teaching experience of Caroline Kjelsmark, Konsonans ensures that course instructions are well suited to the participants. Each group has different needs when learning new material, and Konsonans has strong experience in providing a fruitful learning atmosphere. Courses and seminars can be held in different languages.

Current courses

Currently, Konsonans is developing courses for foreign agricultural trainees and employees. These courses aim to optimize the work relations ship between Danish farmers and foreign farm employees. These courses cover themes such as: "How to get started with your foreign employee", "Farmer's Danish", "Research on success and failure within foreign farm aid."
